One toggle takes your funnel from private draft to a public URL anyone can visit.
Publish from the editor
Open the funnel you want to publish.
Go to Publish in the funnel header.
Review the funnel details — the URL it'll live at, the connected calendar, and any warnings about missing setup.
Turn the Live toggle on.
The funnel is now publicly accessible at its URL. You can share the link the moment the toggle flips.
What to check before you publish
Three things worth confirming first:
Your calendar is connected. Without it, visitors can land on the booking page and find no times to pick.
Every page has been previewed. A typo on a live page costs you trust.
The qualification rules route correctly. Walk through the funnel as a fit lead and a non-fit lead in the preview.
The publish screen flags missing setup before you can go live, but a manual pass through your funnel still catches things automated checks can't.
What happens at the moment of publish
When you publish:
The funnel becomes accessible at its URL
Visitors can fill out forms, qualify, and book calls
Their submissions create contacts in your workspace
Insights starts collecting data for the funnel
You can still make edits after the funnel is live (see How do I update a published funnel without breaking it?).
