How can I contact Ambit support?

We're a small team, and we read every message that comes in.

Open the chat

In every part of the app you'll find a chat button. Click it, type your question, and a teammate will reply. Most messages get a response within a few hours during business days.

When you message us through the app, we see which workspace you're in, which funnel you were looking at, and what plan you're on. That context speeds things up — you don't need to explain who you are or what you're trying to do from scratch.

What to include

The more we know about your situation, the faster we can help. Where useful:

  • A short description of what you were trying to do

  • A link or screenshot of the funnel or page in question

  • What you saw, and what you expected to see

If something's going wrong with a published funnel that's losing leads, say so up front. We'll prioritize it.

When you can reach us

We answer chats during business hours in the United States. Outside those hours your message still goes through, and we'll reply when we're back.
