Take the funnel offline without deleting it.
When you unpublish a funnel, the public URL stops serving the funnel. Anyone who visits sees a "not found" page instead. The funnel itself stays in your workspace, intact — pages, blocks, settings, contacts, insights, everything.
Unpublish a funnel
Open the funnel.
Go to Publish in the funnel header.
Turn the Live toggle off.
The funnel goes offline immediately. Any link you've shared (in ads, on social, in your email signature) stops working from that moment on.
When to unpublish
The offer is over. A cohort closed, a promotion ended, the program isn't taking applications.
You're rebuilding. A heavy redesign is easier off the public site than on it.
You need to pause new bookings. You're full, you're traveling, you're sick.
For a temporary pause where you don't want the URL to break, you can keep the funnel live but replace the start page's call to action with something that explains the pause (a "we're at capacity, join the waitlist" message, for example).
Republishing later
Turn the toggle back on whenever you're ready. The funnel comes back at the same URL. Your contacts and insights from before are still there, and new submissions continue from where you left off.
