Insights shows you, page by page, where your funnel is leaking.
Insights tracks how many visitors reach each page of your funnel and how many of them move forward to the next one. The page where the most visitors stop moving is where you're losing the most leads.
Open the funnel insights
Open Insights from the navigation. Pick the funnel you want to look at. You'll see each page in the flow and the conversion rate from one page to the next.
Read the drop-off
For each transition, the conversion rate tells you what percentage of visitors who saw the first page reached the next page. A low number is a leak.
Some leaks are normal:
Start page → first qualify page drops off significantly for almost every funnel — that's the visitor deciding whether to engage at all. Anything above 30% is healthy.
Qualify → disqualify drops off because you designed it to. That's qualification doing its job.
Qualify → booking → completed has a smaller drop because visitors here are already invested.
The leaks worth investigating are the ones that are larger than they should be for that stage.
Fix the leak you found
Once you've identified the biggest leak, look at the page that's leaking:
Is the copy clear? Is it obvious what the visitor should do next?
Is the call to action specific? "Book my consult" beats "Continue."
Is the page heavy on mobile? Long images, lots of scrolling — these cost completions.
Are you asking for too much? Six required fields on a form will lose visitors who'd happily give you three.
Make a single change, publish, and check Insights again in a week or two. The change either moved the number or it didn't.
