How do I add a form block?

Forms collect the contact details that turn a visitor into a lead.

A form block is how you collect the basics — typically a name and an email — from a visitor before they reach your booking page. Every visitor who fills out a form becomes a contact in your workspace.

Add a form block

In the funnel editor, add a form block to the page. By default it includes the standard contact fields you'll want on most funnels.

You can add custom fields to the form to collect anything else you need. Custom fields are created in your workspace settings and then dropped into any form block.

Set required fields

For each field in the form, you can decide whether it's required. Required fields block the visitor from continuing until they fill them in. The fewer required fields you have, the more visitors will complete the form — so only mark something required if you genuinely need it to qualify or follow up.

What happens when the form is submitted

When the visitor submits the form:

  • A contact record is created (or updated, if the contact already exists)

  • The visitor moves to the next page in the funnel

  • The contact's answers are saved and used for qualification and routing
