How do I switch between funnels in Insights?

Use the funnel selector at the top of the Insights page.

Insights shows numbers for one funnel at a time. The funnel selector at the top of the page lets you jump to a different one without leaving Insights.

Switch the funnel

Open the funnel selector and pick the funnel you want to look at. The page updates to show that funnel's numbers. Your time range and comparison settings stay the same as you switch.

When more than one funnel is live

Running multiple funnels at once is common — separate funnels for separate offers, audiences, or ad campaigns. A few habits make Insights easier with several funnels:

  • Name your funnels descriptively. "Coaching consult — Instagram" beats "Funnel 1." See How do I rename a funnel?.

  • Check the strongest funnel for patterns to repeat. If one funnel is clearly outperforming, study what's working and apply the lessons to the others.

  • Cull the underperformers. If a funnel hasn't booked a call in a long time and you're not actively driving traffic to it, unpublish or archive it. Fewer funnels in your dashboard means clearer attention on the ones that matter.
