Pull every contact in your workspace into a CSV.
Exporting is useful for backups, for moving data into another tool, and for analysis you want to do in a spreadsheet.
Export from the workspace settings
Open your workspace settings.
Go to Export.
Choose to export contacts.
The export runs and produces a CSV file you can download.
For larger workspaces, the export can take a minute or two. You'll get the file when it's ready.
What's in the export
The CSV includes every contact in your workspace, with one row per contact and one column per field. That covers the standard fields (name, email, phone) and every custom field you've set up.
What's not in the export
The export captures the contact's profile data, not their activity history. Notes, booking history, and the funnel each contact came through are visible on the contact's detail page in Ambit but aren't part of the CSV.
Using the export
A CSV opens in any spreadsheet tool. You can use the export to:
Back up your data
Send your contacts a broadcast email from a tool that imports CSVs
Run analysis — see how qualified leads cluster by industry or business size
Move data into a separate CRM
