Every lead your funnels capture lives on one screen.
Open the contacts list
Go to Contacts in the navigation. You'll see every contact in your current workspace, with the most recent activity at the top.
The list shows the basics for each contact at a glance — name, email, when they were captured, and any qualification status or booking details that apply.
Search
Use the search field at the top of the list to find a specific contact by name or email. The search runs as you type, so you don't have to press enter.
Filter and sort
You can filter and sort the list to focus on a slice of your contacts — for example, only contacts captured this month, or only contacts who booked a call. Use the controls above the list to set the filters you need.
When a contact you expect isn't there
A few things to check:
You're in the right workspace. Contacts are scoped to the workspace, so a contact captured in another workspace won't show up here. Use the workspace switcher to check.
You're looking at the right date range. Default filters can hide older contacts.
The submission actually went through. If a lead landed on the funnel but didn't complete the form, no contact was created. Open the funnel in Insights to confirm.
