The slug is the last part of the page's URL.
A page's slug is the bit of the URL that identifies the page. For a funnel at yourbrand.com, a slug of book makes the page live at yourbrand.com/book. A clean slug makes a link easier to share and easier to remember.
Change a page's slug
Open the page in the funnel editor.
Open the page settings.
Edit the slug. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes — no spaces, no special characters.
Save.
The new slug takes effect the moment you save (and the funnel republishes).
Watch for broken links
Changing the slug of a published page changes the page's URL. Any link you've already shared with the old slug will stop working.
If you've already promoted the page on social, in ads, or in your email signature, change the slug before you start pushing traffic — not after.
Slug rules
A slug needs to be:
Lowercase — Ambit normalizes any uppercase letter you type
URL-safe — letters, numbers, and dashes; no spaces or punctuation
Unique within the funnel — two pages can't share the same slug
Some slugs are reserved (we use a few for internal routing). If the slug you pick isn't accepted, Ambit will tell you and let you try another.
