The booking page is where qualified leads pick a time on your calendar.
Add the booking page
In the funnel editor, add a new page and choose Booking as the page type. Ambit places it in your flow after the qualify pages, where it belongs.
Configure the meeting
Open the booking page and set the details of the call:
Meeting name — what shows up on your calendar and the lead's calendar
Description — the agenda or context that goes on the calendar invite
Call length — how long each booking takes
Meeting provider — choose how the call will happen (see How do I choose a meeting provider?)
Set your availability
A booking page is only useful if it shows the right times. Configure:
Working hours — the days and time ranges when leads can book
Minimum notice — how far in advance someone must book (an hour, a day, longer)
Maximum booking window — how far into the future leads can pick a time
These settings make sure your booking page only shows slots you actually want to take.
Connect your calendar
For the booking page to know what's free, your calendar has to be connected. If you haven't connected one yet, walk through How do I connect Google Calendar? before publishing.
Confirmation and reminder emails
Every time a lead books, Ambit sends them a confirmation email and reminders as the call approaches. You can customize the copy on each.
