Control which times show up on your booking page, so you only take calls when you're ready for them.
A connected calendar tells Ambit when you're busy. Your working hours and minimum notice settings tell it when you actively want to take calls.
Set your working hours
In your funnel's booking page settings, define your working hours:
The days of the week you'll take calls
The time range on each day when you're available
Pick the hours that genuinely work for you. Leaving slots open at 7am or 9pm because they technically fit your schedule can backfire — a lead will book one, and you'll wish you hadn't.
Set minimum notice
The minimum notice setting is how far in advance a lead must book. The booking page won't show slots that are sooner than this.
A few common settings:
One hour — for leads who want to act now and you can handle a short fuse
Twelve to twenty-four hours — the most common choice; protects you from same-day pressure
Two to three days — gives you time to prepare and reduces no-shows
Set the maximum booking window
The maximum booking window is how far into the future leads can pick a time. Most funnels do best with a window of two to four weeks. Longer windows give leads room to drift; shorter windows can lose a busy lead.
Test the booking page
After you save your settings, open the funnel preview and check the booking page. Make sure the available times match what you actually want to take.
