How do I connect Google Calendar?

One click, one authorization, and your calendar drives every booking page in your workspace.

Connecting Google Calendar does three things:

  • Your booking page knows what's free. Times you're already busy don't show up as available.

  • Booked calls land on your calendar automatically. No copy-paste, no missed appointments.

  • Cancellations and reschedules sync. If a lead moves a call, your calendar updates.

Connect your calendar

  1. Open your workspace settings.

  2. Go to Integrations.

  3. Find Google Calendar and choose Connect.

  4. Sign in with the Google account that holds your calendar.

  5. Authorize Ambit to read and write events on your calendar.

You'll be returned to Ambit with your calendar connected. The connection applies to your whole workspace — every funnel can use it from there.

What Ambit reads and writes

We read your calendar's busy/free state to know which times to show on the booking page. We write new bookings as calendar events, and we update those events when leads reschedule or cancel.

We don't read the details of unrelated events on your calendar beyond their busy/free status.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Integrations settings. Disconnecting stops new bookings from being created on your calendar and stops the booking page from checking your availability. Calls already booked stay on your calendar.
