Drop to a lower plan when you're using less than you're paying for.
Downgrade your plan
Open your workspace settings.
Go to Billing or Plan.
Pick the lower plan you want.
Confirm.
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the higher plan's features until the next renewal. From that point on, you're billed at the lower plan's rate.
Before you downgrade
Check whether your current usage will fit inside the new plan's limits:
Funnel count — if you're over the new plan's funnel limit, you'll need to unpublish or archive a few before the downgrade takes effect
Contact count — same idea; if you're over the new contact cap, you'll need to be under it
Team members — same; if the new plan allows fewer members, remove some before the change
Ambit will warn you if your usage is over the new plan's limits, so you don't lose data or functionality unexpectedly.
Paid-plan features that turn off
Features that require a paid plan turn off when you downgrade past them. For example, if you downgrade to a plan without branding removal, Ambit's mark will appear back on your funnels. The features come back the moment you upgrade again.
