How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel in your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the cycle you've paid for.

Cancel from the app

  1. Open your workspace settings.

  2. Go to Billing.

  3. Choose Cancel subscription.

  4. Confirm when prompted. We'll ask a short question about why you're cancelling — your answer helps us improve.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until that date, you keep full access to your plan's features.

What happens after the cycle ends

When the cycle you've paid for ends:

  • Your workspace stops being billed

  • Your published funnels stop serving traffic

  • Your contacts, funnels, and other data stay in the workspace

  • You can sign in to view or export your data

Coming back later, you can restart your subscription at any time. Restarting brings your funnels back online without you needing to rebuild anything.

Cancelling mid-cycle

If you cancel partway through a cycle you've paid for, you keep access for the rest of that cycle. We don't pro-rate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations — the credit you've already paid stays with you for the remainder of the period.
