How do I delete my account?

A complete, permanent removal of your account and everything in it.

Deleting your account is different from cancelling your subscription. Cancelling stops the billing and pauses your access; your data stays in the workspace. Deleting removes the data too.

Before you delete

A few things to do first:

  • Export your contacts. Once your account is gone, the data is gone. If you might want it later, download a copy now. See How do I export my contacts?.

  • Download any invoices you'll need for accounting.

  • Cancel your subscription if you haven't already, so you're not deleting while still being billed.

  • Hand off any workspaces with other members. If you're the only owner of a shared workspace, transfer ownership to another member before deleting your account.

Delete your account

  1. Open your account settings.

  2. Find the Delete account option.

  3. Confirm.

The deletion removes your sign-in, your profile, and your association with every workspace you owned. If you were the sole owner of a workspace, the workspace itself is also removed, along with all of the funnels, contacts, and data inside it.

This action can't be undone. Once the deletion completes, the data is gone.
