How do I edit or delete a contact?

Keep your contact list accurate, one record at a time or in bulk.

Once a contact is in your workspace, you can update any of their details or remove them entirely. Both actions live on the contacts list page.

Edit a contact

  1. Open Contacts in the navigation.

  2. Find the row for the contact you want to edit.

  3. Click the More icon (three dots) at the far right of the row.

  4. Choose Edit contact.

  5. Update the fields you want to change. Email is required.

  6. Click Update contact to save.

You can also open the contact's detail page and edit fields inline there.

Delete a single contact

  1. Find the contact in the contacts list.

  2. Click the More icon at the far right of the row.

  3. Choose Delete contact.

  4. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is permanent — the contact's record, any notes you added, and their activity history are gone. If you might need the data later, export your contacts first.

Delete multiple contacts at once

  1. In the contacts list, select the checkbox at the far left of each contact you want to delete.

  2. A toolbar appears above the table with a Delete button at the right end.

  3. Click Delete and confirm.

Bulk delete is useful for cleaning out old leads, removing test contacts, or trimming the list before an export.
