How do I update my payment method?

Replace the card on file before the next charge.

Your payment method lives on the workspace, not on your personal account. That means each workspace can have its own card — useful if you're running multiple workspaces with different billing relationships.

Update the card on file

  1. Open your workspace settings.

  2. Go to Billing.

  3. Find the payment method section and choose Update.

  4. Enter the new card details and save.

The new card replaces the old one immediately. The next charge on your subscription will be billed to it.

When the existing charge has already failed

If your card expired or was declined before you updated it, Ambit retries the charge after you save a new payment method. Once the retry goes through, your subscription stays active without any interruption.

If retries fail and your subscription becomes inactive, your published funnels can still be served while the account is sorted out, but some features may be paused. Update the card and the workspace returns to good standing right away.

Multiple workspaces, one card

You can use the same card on multiple workspaces if you want. Each workspace's billing is separate, but nothing stops you from entering the same payment details on each one.
