Bring teammates into your workspace, so they can build alongside you.
A workspace can have multiple members. Each member has their own sign-in, their own login history, and their own activity in the workspace.
Invite a team member
Open your workspace settings.
Go to Team members.
Choose Invite member and enter their email address.
Send the invitation.
Your teammate gets an email with a link to join the workspace. They can sign up using that link if they don't already have an account, or accept the invitation into their existing Ambit account.
The invitation is good for some time. If they don't respond, you can resend or cancel from the same screen.
Remove a member
To remove someone:
Open Team members in workspace settings.
Find the person in the list.
Choose Remove.
Confirm.
Removed members lose access to the workspace right away. Anything they created (funnels, contacts, custom fields) stays in the workspace.
When to invite a teammate
Common reasons to invite someone:
A virtual assistant who'll manage your contacts and follow up on bookings
A funnel designer or copywriter who'll build alongside you
A business partner who shares ownership of the work
If someone only needs access for a short period (an outside contractor finishing a project), remove them once the work is done.
