Both live in your account settings, separate from your workspace settings.
Your email address and password belong to you, not to a workspace. Changing them affects how you sign in across every workspace you're a member of.
Update your email
Open your account settings.
Find the Email field.
Enter the new email and save.
We send a verification message to the new address. Open it and click the verification link.
Your sign-in email updates when you complete verification. From then on, you log in with the new address.
Update your password
Open your account settings.
Find Change password.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Save.
The new password applies immediately. You'll stay signed in to your current session, and you'll need the new password the next time you sign in.
I forgot my password
Sign out and use Forgot password on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your email. The link expires after a short window — click it soon after you receive it.
