Verifying your email keeps your account secure and unlocks the rest of sign-up.
When you sign up with email and password, we send a verification message to the address you entered. Open that email and click the link inside. That brings you back to Ambit, signs you in, and takes you to the next step of sign-up.
I didn't receive the email
A few things to check:
Look in spam or promotions. The verification message can land there on a first send.
Confirm the email address. If you mistyped your address, the message went somewhere else. Sign up again with the correct address.
Wait a minute and try the resend option. Email providers sometimes delay delivery for new senders.
If the email still doesn't arrive, contact support and we'll verify the account from our side.
The verification link expired
Verification links are short-lived for security. If yours has expired, request a new one from the sign-up screen and we'll send a fresh link.
