Answer the common objections before they turn into hesitation.
The FAQ block is where you handle the questions a visitor would otherwise stop and think about. It expands and collapses each answer in place, so the page stays scannable.
Add the block
In the funnel editor, add an FAQ block to the page. Open it to add question-and-answer pairs. Each pair becomes a collapsible row on the live page.
You can add as many questions as you need, but most pages do their best work with three to six. More than that and the visitor either skims past them all or gets stuck reading instead of clicking.
What to put in your FAQ
The best FAQ questions are the ones your real prospects keep asking. If you've been on enough sales calls to spot a pattern, those patterns are your FAQ. Common starting points:
Pricing — what does this cost? What's included?
Time commitment — how long does this take?
Fit — is this for me if I'm in [situation]?
Process — what happens after I book the call?
Where the FAQ block belongs
FAQs work hardest near the bottom of a start page, right before the final call to action. By that point the visitor has read your pitch and is asking themselves the last two or three questions — answer them and clear the way to the click.
