How do I route leads after they submit?

Two destinations. The right one for the right lead.

After a visitor finishes your qualify pages, Ambit routes them to one of two places. Routing is automatic and runs the moment the visitor submits the last qualify question.

The two destinations

  • The booking page — for qualified visitors. They pick a time on your calendar.

  • The disqualify page — for visitors who matched one of your disqualification rules.

Every visitor ends up in exactly one of those places. There's no "maybe" path — if you want a maybe path, you write the rule so the maybes qualify and you screen them on the call.

Where the routing logic lives

The routing is the direct result of your qualification rules. There's no separate routing setup. You write the rules; routing follows.

If a visitor's answers don't match any rule, they're routed to the booking page. If their answers match a rule, they're routed to the disqualify page.

Sending disqualified visitors somewhere else

By default, a disqualified visitor lands on your disqualify page and stays there. If you want them to go somewhere else entirely (a different offer, a free resource, a waitlist), set the disqualify page's call-to-action button to redirect to that destination.

That's a softer landing than closing the door, and it sometimes earns you a sale on a smaller product instead of nothing at all.
